Let’s Talk Smiles
Your journey starts with a free consultation at our Brooklyn office, where Dr. Mizrahi, Dr. Mosery, Dr. Kristal, or Dr. Zar will evaluate your teeth, discuss your goals, and determine if clear aligners are the right choice for you.
If you’re a good candidate, we’ll go over treatment options, timelines, and financing details so you know exactly what to expect before getting started.

A Digital Preview
Forget the goopy molds—our team uses the iTero digital scanner to create a highly accurate 3D image of your teeth. This scan helps us design a customized treatment plan and lets you preview how your smile will transform before treatment even begins.
Once we finalize your plan, we’ll send it off to create your custom aligners.

Pick up Your Aligners & Get Started
Your aligners are crafted just for you using smooth, BPA-free plastic for a comfortable, barely-there feel. Once they arrive, we’ll make sure they fit perfectly and go over how to wear and care for them.
You’ll wear your aligners 22 hours a day, only removing them to eat, drink anything other than water, and brush or floss.

Swap Aligners & Track Your Progress
Every one to two weeks, you’ll switch to a new set of aligners, each one gradually moving your teeth closer to their ideal position.
You’ll also check in with us every six to eight weeks so we can monitor your progress and make sure everything is on track.

Once you finish your final set of aligners, it’s time for the moment you’ve been waiting for—your brand-new smile! Our doctors will evaluate your results to ensure everything looks perfect before moving on to the final step!

Lock in Your Results
Your teeth may want to shift back over time, but a custom retainer will keep them in place. We’ll provide a clear, removable retainer designed to maintain your perfect smile for years to come—eventually, you’ll only need to wear it at night!

That’s why we offer hybrid orthodontic treatments, which combine braces and clear aligners or orthodontics with jaw surgery to deliver the best results in the most efficient way possible.
For some patients, combo treatment—such as braces on one arch and aligners on the other—can provide the perfect balance of aesthetics and precision. This method is great for those who want the discreet look of clear aligners but need the extra control of braces for certain teeth.
Our team works closely with oral surgeons to ensure a seamless, well-planned treatment process, using braces or clear aligners before and after surgery to guide your teeth into their ideal positions.
