Hidden Braces, Real Results
InSmile is a fully customized lingual braces system placed behind your teeth (braces in the back), offering a discreet way to straighten teeth without visible braces.
Designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle, this hidden orthodontic treatment lets you smile confidently while straightening your teeth from the inside out.
There are no trays to remove or remember, and no visible brackets in photos, at work, or at school. Because the brackets are on the back of your teeth, the only person who needs to know you’re in treatment is you.
What Are InSmile Hidden Braces?
InSmile™ Hidden Braces are lingual braces, placed on the tongue side of your teeth instead of the front. Custom brackets and wires move your teeth into place, just like braces on the front, so they can treat a wide range of cases. With InSmile at Mizrahi Orthodontics, you get the control of braces with none of the visible metal.
Why InSmile?
The Power of Braces, Completely Out of Sight
Truly Invisible
Brackets on the back of your teeth can’t be seen when you talk, smile, or take photos.
Always Working
Lingual braces stay on and work 24/7, with nothing to take out or forget to wear.
Custom Fit
Each bracket and wire is made for your teeth, for precise, efficient movement.
Handles Complex Cases
Lingual braces can treat many bite problems that clear aligners may not fully correct.
How Lingual Braces Work
1. Digital Scan
We take photos and digital scans to create a detailed 3D image of your teeth and bite. No goopy molds.
2. Custom Design
Your orthodontist plans every tooth movement, and your brackets and wires are custom made to fit the back of your teeth.
3. Placement
Your custom braces are bonded behind your teeth, so you can show off your natural smile as soon as you leave our Brooklyn office.
Who Is InSmile For?
InSmile Hidden Braces are a great fit for teens and adults who want fully hidden treatment, from simple crowding to more complex bite problems. Your orthodontist will confirm at your free consultation whether InSmile is right for you.
Instant Confidence
No one will see your braces, so you can smile freely from day one while your teeth straighten.
Easy Care
Cleaning takes a little extra care around the brackets, and our team will show you exactly how.
A Short Adjustment Period
Your tongue may notice the brackets for the first few weeks, and some patients have a slight lisp at first. Both usually fade quickly.
Nothing to Remove
Unlike aligners, there are no trays to take out before you eat or drink, so treatment keeps working in the background.
